Shannon Rusch

Shannon is a 4th-generation native of Bonneau Beach. She says that it was such a great place to grow up that she and her husband decided to raise their three boys there, close to their grandparents, aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Shannon is passionate about Jesus, family, massage, and sharing her love of music with the next generation. She is currently a music teacher as well as a licensed massage therapist.

Shannon loves the whole-body approach and positive attitudes of everyone at Renewal.
She looks forward to bringing her unique style of Neuromuscular, Myofascial, and Swedish massage modalities to help people in their wellness journey. She believes that massage should be used as a tool for renewal—physically, mentally, and spiritually.

What Shannon is Reading/Listening to or Watching:
Shannon is not a huge fan of reading for fun, so you will usually just find her reading her Bible, devotionals, or occasionally a good historical fiction novel.

She has a very eclectic music style. Her top five genres are Christian Contemporary, Praise and Worship, Country, 70s pop rock, and 80s soft rock. Her favorite musicians are Crowder, Chris Tomlin, George Strait, The Eagles, and Elton John.

Usually, her TV is on either a NASCAR race, an Atlanta Braves baseball game, Clemson football, or a game show. Shannon’s favorite movies are anything Disney!

In her free time, she enjoys watching her boys play sports (Go Cavs!), playing the piano, and hanging out at the beach or on the lake.
