I am homegrown! Originally from Berkeley County, and I love serving my community. This is where I work and play. I attended Newberry College and then went on to MUSC for my physical therapy masters. My first doctorate was from AT Still University, and my Doctorate in Health Science and Aging Studies was awarded from the University of Indianapolis! Go Greyhounds.

Core Values: Do to others as you would have done to you. I hate being told it’s going to take 3 months to get into a doctor’s appointment, then to have the doctor look at a computer screen instead of me during the assessment. I think people are tired of being pieced out and not looked at as a whole person—comprehensive assessments and treatments. So, that is how I roll! I want to consider the person—spirit, soul, body—and help people move towards complete wellness!

Dr. Harvey is a miracle worker. My baby was struggling with latching and nursing. We were spending 90% of the day either feeding her, preparing to feed her, pumping, or cleaning up after a feed. Lactation referred us to Renewal for evaluation of her lip and tongue ties and for overall body tension. I was skeptical at first, PT for babies? Body work? Sounds like a fad. I was so wrong! Dr. Harvey used evidence based practices which is important to me as a nurse. We started seeing improvement almost immediately and after eight weeks, my daughter is a whole new baby. We have time to do other things together, she eats without getting frustrated, all of her motor skills have grown by leaps and bounds. We were also able to avoid getting her ties clipped, although I am very confident if that had been needed, Dr. Harvey would have been honest about it and told me. She has amazing bedside manner and was so warm and patient, altering the planned therapy whenever necessary to adjust to the whims of a two month old. Everyone at the office is so kind and helpful. I would confidently recommend them to anyone and return myself as needed. The therapy was honestly life changing for us, I don’t know that I would have been able to continue breastfeeding without her help.
